Can I bring my dog(s)?
When indicated on the event listing, well-socialized dogs are allowed on camping trips. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed (dogs that do not bark incessantly, do not jump all over people or lick them uninvited, and get along well with other strange dogs). You must have your dog under control at all times. This means that either your dog responds to your voice command to come and/or stay, or you keep it on leash. Please do not abuse this privilege, as it can and will be revoked if necessary.
I don't have much camping gear, what do I do?
Well the great thing about a big group going camping is that often members are willing to share gear! Your Organizer usually sets up a forum for members looking to share/borrow gear.
I don't know how to cook while camping, what do I do?
Most of our camping trips offer group cooking- typically your Organizer sets up a shared shopping list, and meals can be shared.
I'd rather cook for myself, is that all right?
Absolutely! The shared cooking is an option, not a requirement.
